Ampli1 LowPass Kit and Ampli1 OncoSeek Panel enable the preparation of next-generation sequencing (NGS) libraries starting from the Ampli1 WGA product to detect genome-wide Copy Number Aberrations and hotspot mutations in the same single cell.

This workflow takes advantage of the genome-wide coverage and unbiased representation of alleles at genomic loci of Ampli1™ WGA kit.

Ampli1 LowPass Kit

Ampli1 LowPass Kit generates multiplexed, sequencing-ready libraries in a streamlined single-day protocol, for detection of chromosomal aneuploidies and copy number aberrations (CNAs) by low-pass whole genome sequencing.

The Ampli1 LowPass Kit works exclusively with Ampli1 WGA product.

Ampli1 LowPass Kit is compatible with Ion Torrent systems (Ion PGM™ and Ion S5™) and with all main Illumina Sequencers ( MiSeq,  NovaSeqTM, NextSeq 500/550, NextSeq 1000/2000).

Product is for research use only (RUO) – not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Specific and quantitative detection of copy number aberrations (CNAs) in single CTC

Low-pass Whole Genome Profile (chr 1-22) of single CTC (lower panel) and WBC (upper panel) obtained with Ampli1 WGA kit and Ampli1 LowPass kit. Each cell was isolated with DEPArray™ Technology from a patient with Lung Adenocarcinoma. Ploidy values are indicated in the y-axis. CNAs in the CTC are indicated in red and blue.

Ampli1 OncoSeek Panel

Ampli1 OncoSeek Panel for Illumina® is the first and only panel specifically designed for single-cell WGA product analysis. It enables the simultaneous detection of single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions/deletions (indels) and copy-number amplifications (CNAs) in a panel of 60 clinically relevant oncology-related genes.

It requires only 10 ng of DNA and works exclusively with Ampli1 WGA product. By leveraging the deterministic nature of Ampli1 WGA, Ampli1 OncoSeek achieves a very low Allelic Dropout Rate (ADO=12.7% ± 4.2%).

Ampli1 OncoSeek Panel is compatible with all Illumina® platforms using non-patterned flow cells (MiSeq, MiniSeq, NextSeq 500/550).

The Panel is currently not available in North America.
